Daily Prayer - Tuesday
- Give thanks to God for those who have recently recovered from sickness.
- Pray for those who are sick or receiving treament in our congregation.
- Pray that we each would walk close to God, putting off sins that easily beset us and that we would daily give thanks for our Lord and Saviour Jesus              Christ. (1. John 1.3; Hebrews 12.1; 1 Thes 5.16.)

Daily Light - Morning
If ye do return unto the LORD with all your hearts,

When the Son of man cometh,
shall he find faith on the earth?

For he looked for a city which hath foundations,

Christians, learn to long for the heavenly Jerusalem. Do not forget it. Here we are in a strange land; but not taken up with anything that is there. But younder is our continuing city, the heavenly Jerusalem, with its pearly gates, and sreets of shining gold. Let the chief of your desires be, to be with Chist, which is far better. When the world is at the brightest, when friends are at the kindest, when your sky is at the clearest, still lift up this sweet song: 'If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning. If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy.'
